Tuesday Feb 18 • Field Trip: Laser Bounce (Chartered School Bus) • Our group will travel to Laser Bounce in Queens for a day of fun-filled adventure – bounce houses, obstacle courses, glow in the dark laser tag, a foam pit, virtual reality, an arcade filled with games, and more! This place has something for everyone.
Wednesday Feb 19 • Camp Theme: Carnival Fun • In the morning, we’ll visit the Hudson Park Library for a special story-telling session with Kristy and JJ Walker for outdoor recreation (weather permitting). After lunch, we celebrate Carnival with masks, jewelry, face painting, and other fun festivities!
Thursday Feb 20 • Field Trip: Museum of the Moving Image (Chartered School Bus) • Our group will travel to MoMI in Queens where we will explore the Jim Henson Exhibit. Campers will get a ‘behind the scenes’ peek at how Henson’s muppets were brought to life and see many of the puppets used in Sesame Street and The Muppet Show. The visit also includes a special workshop where children get to create their own character and try their hand at puppeteering. Imagination a must!
Friday Feb 21 • Camp Theme: Circus Tricks • In the morning, campers will walk to a nearby park for outdoor recreation (weather permitting). We’ll spend the afternoon playing games and learning circus tricks. Camp will wrap up on a sweet note as kids decorate (and eat) mini-cupcakes!
Cancellation/Refund Policy Fifty percent of the daily fee is refundable provided the cancellation request is emailed up to 72 hours before camp is scheduled to start. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued in case of absence, enrollment cancellations emailed after the 72-hour deadline, or programming changes [due to inclement weather or any other reason beyond our control].
