Camp Fee: $185/Day
Cancellation/Refund Policy Fifty percent of the daily fee is refundable provided the cancellation request is emailed up to 72 hours before camp is scheduled to start. No refunds, credits or transfers will be issued in case of absence, enrollment cancellations emailed after the 72-hour deadline, or programming changes [due to inclement weather or any other reason beyond our control]. Thursday, Oct 3 • Stop Motion Animation Campers get to explore how to create a short animated movie using themselves as the subjects. Using stop motion techniques, kids can dance, do magic tricks, or even fly! The day ends with a short movie featuring all the campers to share with friends and family.
Friday, Oct 4 • Music Videos Who wants to be a pop star? Campers collaborate to choose a favorite song. Then they imagine ways that they can act it out or come up with a fun dance routine. Professional teaching artists facilitate filming and provide an edited video to watch at the end of the day.
Friday, Nov 1 • Silent Films We start out the day brainstorming an idea for a short, silent film. In this fun workshop, campers get to learn about the beginnings of filmmaking and screen some examples before acting out their own scenes. Professional teaching artists facilitate filming and editing while providing fun, acting games in between activities.
